look up a trim tool kit on Amazon. You Might also benefit from a pick set too.
If you are not wanting to gouge certain area, you can always use layers of blue painters tape to protect the paint or the trim.

A lot of trim might have nuts on the ends and clips along the center.
Ford have a locking type clip that you can undo from the inside.
