Here's a tip to warm up a cold garage. You will need a running Model "A". Warmup the engine to operating temperature outside of the garage, then put the car into the garage and close the garage door. The heat from the engine will make the garage climate better tp work in.

Let your engine idle at full retard until it is nice and toasty, then bring in garage. All that cast iron stays warm for a long time.
