Re the drag link: You could try using a solid type bar, it might be smaller diameter than the tubular one you have. You might bend and reshape the pitman arm to lower it a bit more at the steering box end.

Re the tie rod. You can get dropped tie rod ends that might help.

But in reality you might need deeper drop arms.

If the ones you have are forged you might be able to heat and bend, but to be honest, I'd have no qualms about doing that with early ford arms but would be hesitant with any aftermarket piece.
