I'm not far from LeClaire where they originated.

I met them on several occasions when they first started out. The years and TV have 'changed' them, they aren't the same people today as the early days.

Back then they appeared at old car functions and things and signed 'autographs' (like who really gives a beep). Today, it's $25K to show up if they feel like it, and autographs can still be had, for ten bucks a pop.

I'm just sayin'. Draw your own conclusions.
