Thread drift here. B&W "Type D" which had the round brass B&W logo plate on the side. One assumes they were made by subcontractors.
Salem Harbor Station Units 1 & 2 built post WWII. Now replaced by "Footprint Power" which is a natural gas fired combined cycle plant on 1/4th the space.
The 7" was a "man-sized" wrench. But used in lieu of the slugging wrenches as it afforded a more "precise" (ha,ha) adjustment of spring tension.
Back when men were men - and women were glad of it... (WARNING Sexism Alert.)
