Default Help for new owner

Being new to the model a, I am in the process of redoing the brakes. I had to replace missing brake rods and need advice if my installation is correct.
On the front brake rods the rod stop is in front of the anti rattle spring and on the rear brake rods the stop for the brake and ebrake is behind the anti rattle spring. I have attached photos.
No rods are connected to brakes since brakes and backing plates have been sent out for rebuilding.

Second issue. I finally replaced the dovetail rubbers in the doors but they do not align with the dovetail on the body. I been advised that the body may need to be aligned and from looking at the body line, the doors are not straight as photo shows. How do I correct this alignment. Thanks for any help
