Maybe, but to my eye it's pretty rough. I haven't inspected it closely. I'll have to post some pics and let you experts give me an opinion. To be sure if someone were to have it restored it would be expensive, but destroying a piece of history is not in my mindset. We shall see. I also know that cosmetic condition is not the determining factor of an object. Sometimes a little elbow grease and a farmer fix does wonders. LOL
