I wonder if Holley is concerned that the metering below 75hp would be out of the range of the computer controlling the injector. The injector may have a lower limit to the size of the spurt of gasoline so it would always run rich. The weird thing about that is: When a higher horsepower engine is near idle, it would still need the smaller amount of gasoline.
