In the ad I posted above you have a flush finish washer and a countersunk finish washer.

The flush finish washer are like the ones used to hold the floor boards down. The countersunk ones are used on the kick panels and such.

On my Town Sedan the flush ones are also under the screws to hold the window frames, I assume to prevent from chipping the faux wood paint??
