The 15" and 16" fit the early to mid 30's cars better than the 14". The ad for running only 12 lbs. of air is to compensate for horrible roads during the depression. I can't imagine the tire companies encouraging running on only 12 lbs. of pressure!! I bet that was a fun time parallel parking!!
