My inquiry is based upon my current setup. Currently i'm running 2 - 1988 Ford Escort TBI's (only $100 each on Ebay) mounted to an Offenhauser super dual intake and using 2011 Megasquirt II software on a laptop requiring manual trial by error data inputs. I can't get any info from Flatattack Racing about how old their provided Atom software is.

Can I switch over to updated software such as Holley's with simpler keypad inputs?

My ultimate goal is get 2 - E97's from Flatattack Racing and mount them atop a blower setup like Roadrunner Engineering's. Yeah it's pricey (2 - Flatattack E97's at $1300 and a Roadrunner Engineering polished Weiand 142 blower with a street 6 psi setup at $3900). My current setup just doesn't seem to fill up the engine compartment of my '35 5 - window coupe as a blower with carbs and birdmouth scoops would do while still being able to have the hood on (without the side panels).
