Still looking for some consensus on these fenders. Here are a couple more photos.

Front of the fender has one level of 3 holes on 3-1/2" centers and a lower level of 2 holes on 5" centers. Assume the two hole pattern was added to bolt to the '36 running boards.

Second photo shows fender to vehicle bolt pattern. Note that previous owner likely added holes and attached fenders using original carriage type bolts that went through the truck box.
