Dave, Yes I had my revived old Model A handle done correctly as I have the book. That is the only way I would have known how to do it. Grip and button bright, shaft dull. This is my point that if you use a real one and have it plated you can do it correctly. The repro's don't look correct and even if you had them stripped and replated they would still be wrong to the eyes of the knowing. Lots of model A handles out there that can be repaired and replated into a correct assembly. (you still need the correct sector). Do it once , do it right and move on. Besides any real '32 fan can not complain about getting to use a model A part available at model A prices.
