I assume your 239 is an 8BA style motor you didn’t say the year.
Try this spark plug wire set from NAPA Part #: BEL 700170
I’m not sure about the oil pan plug, I sold my ‘50 Flathead in 1965, and the one in my ‘41 is way different. Last resort you could pull the pan and take it to your local NAPA. I’m not sure about your local store, but my store has a flathead guy who works during the day and he is very helpful.
