Is OUT OF STOCK BOB's kit similar to the original Ford type stock bypass system ?. If so, there are plenty of those original systems available. If that's what you are looking for you could call Ray Helgers in RI, 401 635 4849. He has plenty of them. Ray is only open Wed.- Sat. Best to call after 9AM, and before noon time.
