THANK YOU I didn't read it that closely.
I bought a 650/16 bias ply tire for our '36 Ford last year for a spare from them. Same thing I thought it was free shipping and it was not, not on THAT tire. I should have known better and read it more thoroughly. That is what I found out after I called them and asked why I was charged S&H
