I found the problem, unbelievable.

Years ago I installed a separate mini blade fuse at the generator for the horn and headlight wiring.

I checked the fuse to see if it was bad, then I put back the fuse were it belongs. BUT when i replaced it for whatever reason 1 of the 2 blades did not go were it belongs. It went to the side of the female slot, not in it. This fuse was pulled twice and it did the same thing.

The 3rd time I realized what was happening, I bent the blade, both went in and now I have power to the light switch.
