The photo I am sharing is the set screw like screw used on the ‘special” bendix released for the 1/2 insh shaft starters. A screw with a head on it will probably his the flywheel and cause damage. Your best bet is to make a screw like the one in my photo from a bolt of the correct size.

The car is a 1930. I did have to make the exact screw you pictured. I was able to do that with a drill, files and hacksaw. I feel I have a personal connection to the car now that I made something for it instead of ordering and getting someone else's work.
