Just saying - if it was me I would get to the doctor. Father had this issue when in his upper 70s, had low blood pressure. An Uncle started having this - partially blocked carotid arteries (neck). Dad was OK with Meds, Uncle had an ultrasound to confirm - then he had them cleaned out and went on blood thinners.
