Alll the others are giving you good advice. I have been down this road several times with strokes, heart attacks. bypass surgery, and now I have a defibrillator and pacemaker. Not overweight and fairly active. Still the vertigo happens. One word of advice and that is to go to your doctor and make sure he is on board with your care. Good luck.
