Default Re: 1946-48 trunk inner panels

Some, such as the panels in my '47, are secured by two legged clips with a round button top, similar to the kind sometimes used on door panel trim. I don't recall having to alter the panels for the gas tank filler, but my car is a convertible, so much of the trim, etc, is considerably different from closed cars because Ford farmed out the bodies of the open cars. A good example is the window regulators, which require 9 turns to raise or lower the glass.
