I mounted my radiator in my 29 Tudor, on it's padded spring mounts. I mounted the grill she'll to the radiator using the tabs on the radiator.
The problem is the filler neck doesn't seem to come through the grill shell enough to allow me to put the cap on. The filler neck mouth barely protrudes through the grill shell.
I don't know the history of the car. The grill shell was just flopping around on the radiator unsecured when I got it. Any thoughts or advice appreciated. Google photo album of the car can be found here:
