Try parking on a hill and shut the engine off. Then coast down the hill and pop the clutch. If the rear wheels skid, the engine is locked up. If it starts and runs normally, clean ALL electrical connections and do a voltage drop test, especially across the starter solenoid. Then do a starter draw test.
