Hi Russ,

Was able to get pictures, attached.

2 mounting bolts to the frame on each side for the irons. truck also has what looks like a fabricates hitch bar between the Bumperetts. Not very sturdy, lightweight, bar has a cutouts in it for the Bumperetts (Bumperetts do not attach at the cutouts).. Has a hole in the middle lengthwise, assume for attaching a clevis. Hole does not look big enough for a hitch ball. The bar uses the Bumperette bolts and an additional a 3rd bolt on each side to the frame

As you can see and mentioned by another post, the Bumperette on the rear drivers side blocks the license plate, mounting it above the taillight is a solution.
