These are called “semi-drop center” two piece wheels. They are Ford TAAA 1007-B (either K-H 37717 or Motor Wheel 34983). Used by Ford from 1954 to 1966 for sure, and probably later. They were a heavier duty wheel than standard one piece drop center types. They have the “innie” hub cap mounting. Stu
