Default Never too late

Went to a local volunteer fireman fair and auto show yesterday with our '31 roadster. We are usually the only Model A at these events but two others showed up. We had seen the '29 Phaeton once before at a July 4th parade. Says he only drives it a few times per year. But the nicely restored '29 tudor sedan was new to us.

I went over to chat with the driver about his car. Turns out he had fond memories of riding in the rumble seat of his dad's roadster when he was a kid and always loved Model A's. He said he only bought this, his first Model A, about 18 months ago. Said he was lonely after his wife passed away and needed something to do to keep him busy.

He is 90 years old.
