FYI (covered in the current RGJS) - unlike most body types, the closed cabs (82-A/B) and the panel deliveries (79-A/B and 85-A/B) did not have roof chicken wire like other body types. And these body types did have head liners below the roof bows.
Some time ago (several years), there was an Ebay ad for someone making a formed metal top for the 82-A closed cab (not original but looked good).
