Nor have I. I always use the Mellings M-19 pumps in my FH engines. I can recall hearing/reading many years ago that some Mellings pumps had castings that were undersize at the diameter that locates down in the block, and this should not have been a loose fit since this could cause problems with oil pressure. I've never personally seen this condition.
