Their inventory systems are all based off of Make,Model,Year. They are not trying to remember 10,000 SKU's. Take a look at the age of these guys most are under 30 and most are not wrench turners. There is one NAPA store here in town where I can walk in and ask for parts and not have to rely on these parameters.
