Your size dimension is a question mark for me. Is it 3 1/16 standard bore for 41A block or is it already out to 3 3/16 oversize? These have relatively thin walls but they will go out to 3.1875" as a general rule. If more than that I would get it sonic tested. If it is still near standard, the bore might clean up on that scored wall. If not, it would be worth sleeving as others have already mentioned.
