Look on the band itself and the lock. It should have a name. Fox was one and I cannot remember the other.
Edit- Oaks is the other company
Any good locksmith can make a key for you.

You will need the special lug nut for it. Hopefully that is with it.
A-13805AR is for 21 inch wheels
A-13508-C is for 19
