As long as your son is in to tackling sockets, some years back I cut off several 1/4 inch short extensions, made some electrodes and edm'ed some sockets which fit the Trico wiper motor screws on the covers. I just have one socket left for myself and have given the others away. I have never seen a socket for the screws unless Trico made and sold them. I have seen Trico tool kits for rebuilding the motors, but no sockets. Nice job on pursuing and filling a much needed tool.
