I've used both Rebel & Easy Wire. Both were fine for use in my builds. I've mounted the fuse panel on the left kick panel, under a tilt up seat (easy access and really easy to work on), above the center hump under the dash in an antique cigar box (really cool idea from the owner), on a tilt out bracket under the dash. Just remember--you're going to be into it a number of times so make it easy to get to. I've also used Painless & Ron Francis but it's hard to justify the cost of 2x the other brands.
