The switch I have is a reproduction; yes I know all that is said about the bad fit of these – but where I live in Australia I don’t have much of an option. (Still searching for an original overseas but the freight/postage is a killer!)

the repos need to be sanded near the top, i use reg 80 grit by hand. make sure the bushing is also in place at the top of the collumn. once installed the rod should spin freely with no drag. if it doesnt sand some more or the lights will go on when turning the wheel
