For wall art, go with the KR Wilson cutter. For cutting keys at reasonable cost, You'll compromise quality reproduction with the Wilson rather than a contemporary Ilco, Curtis, Framon, etc. machine or Curtis handheld. You'll find decent used ones on Ebay for much less than the collectable antique.
