While it sounds good, I'll reserve my judgment until it's proven safe. After all when water or 50% antifreeze boil, they carry off a lot of heat. Since the waterless boils at such a high temperature, it will loose that protection. Just recently someone had an engine damaged by overheating, and as I recall they were using waterless coolant.
