I have a couple of engines with BF heads.On one,my worn out engine,I can run the advance at about half,at the most.On another,that I built a few years ago I can only run 1/4 down on the lever at the most.That engine is .080 over,B cam,B dist.cam,otherwise stock.It has 80 pounds compression across all four.
