Always a battery kill switch. If it's real valuable, the ramp truck will out fox anything we can come up with. Somebody here suggested a locking car cover. Out of sight, out of mind.

As you that drive a '40 coupe know, you can't see squat out the back. Anyone have ideas that have worked for you ? I was thinking of a rear view camera, but the installer says there is nothing out...

Open driveline to 6 spline pinion

Is there a Ford U Joint flange for a driveshaft that fits the Ford Banjo 6 spline pinion ? I see the 42-47 commercial axle in the Green bible has a tapered pinion with key. Thank you Fordbarners.

The shop did balance a pulley with the crank, but that was before I decided to but the 59L in the '40 coupe, which has a different pulley. I will get both the pulley and fan balanced as Pete...

The weather wasn't perfect like the last few years, but it warmed up a bit by mid morning, and the sun even poked it's head out a few times. Rain held off until we were headed home about 1PM....

Are we confusing a bore gauge with a telescoping gauge ? There is a huge difference in results. Also, what is meant by "reading the plastiguage on the crank, not the bearing ?

Call Ray Helgers, RI, he has the old steering column clips for turn signal sires, and the turn signals and wiring also. 401 635 4849, Wed.-Sat. call Early, he quits after lunch.
