Electrical Problem Light Switch

Yesterday I started my 1930 Fordor and turned the light switch on. When I did this the engine stopped. I got out and checked the lights and they were not on. I moved the switch lever to all positions...

Water Pump Flow

If the water pump is working properly shouldn't it move the water fast when you look into the radiator? The specs say its pumping 36
+ gallons a minute or thereabouts? I greased the water pump...

George I did what you suggested and the knock almost completely disappeared. I have sent an email to the local club but haven't heard from anyone yet. The noise still goes away on its own after 30...

I did try a couple of things that were asked. I started the engine after a while and the knock noise started, pressed the clutch and no difference in sound, let out on clutch in gear and no sound...

I just restarted and got outside and the noise is at the rear of the engine best I can tell. The noise went away shortly after starting it took 20 - 30 seconds and it was gone.

The Villages basically butt up to Ocala, just a little south. St. Pete is about 1.5 hours south of Ocala. Don't know if the one in St. Pete will be there this weekend, it's on CL and lists for 12500...

Just saw a Model A on EBAY in Tampa with A/C. Just wondering in anyone has done this and results of such modifications.
