Yes EBay is rarely anything to get excited about. This was a good example! Yours with freight included is significantly cheaper.

Remember also that you come from an area that uses salt on the road in winter months. That is not the case in many southern states.

Then you’ve never been to Hershey or Carlisle. I bought a spare set because they were so cheap. You have to look the right places. So we both are entitled to our opinions.

With all due respect a Model A is very different from a 55 Chevrolet. I think you should seek out someone with experience. You might well be in over your head!

I disagree that most people use non-detergent oil. Maybe 50 years ago but not today. I think most people have been educated to the obvious benefits of using a detergent oil.
