Re: Mitchell Overdrive problem

That would be in neutral position per the instructions.

Re: Mitchell Overdrive problem

Ensure you get it all the way into gear when shifting to high. When I first got my Mitchell I "missed" a few gears. Totally my fault, I simply was not shifting it hard enough (being too gentle) to...

Old31, the float gauge you linked to is for a Zenith. Will it fit the Tillotson? Rennen's Corner has one for the Tillotson (and Marvel). https://rennerscorner.com/carburetor.html

After you get...

Re: Steering wheel & Seat

Different model and situation but I moved the entire seat back 3" in my Town Sedan because I could not get my knees under the steering wheel, especially when in first gear.

Re: Opinion on European Classic Tires

My Town Sedan would wander, even before I installed Lucas Tires. I installed a panhard bar in the rear which helped some. Then when I was installing my Mitchell overdrive I found a broken shackle on...

Re: Transmission bearings

I know Bert's had a limited supply of both bearings a couple of months ago. Not the same as listed in their catalog so ask for the "good ones" when you call Steve.
