To everyone:
I think i have solved my spark plug wire problem. I tried multiple brands of plugs and wires. With normal slip on installation force of the #3 wire on the #3 plug it would not stay on...

The area is covered with 3 pieces of carpet. The center piece goes over the drive shaft
hump and is not bound on the edge. The other 2 pieces cover the floor on each side of
the drive shaft hump...

Double white wall tires are white on both sides.
Fords normally had double white wall tires
until approximately June 1940 . then Ford
