I just installed them and my measurments were the same. Place them in the freezer for 30 minutes and pack the inside with grease so the spring will not come out.

Bratton's #30920 female dovetail goes inside the Door Post, the male dovetail on the door slides into the female dovetail. I cannot figure out how to get it into the door post.

Thanks Kevin, there are no dovetails in the channel at this time. I am trying to figure out how to get the new complete dovetail into the channel.

You need a normally closed relay. Use the tail light wire to one side of the closed contact and the other side to the buzzer. Ground the other side of buzzer. Connect the coil side of the relay...

After closely looking at the picture, the housing that is not closing up would be the right housing. are you sure you haven't switched the housings. you identified it as the left side.
