There are good reasons for both a two post lift and a four post, but worrying about a "flimsy frame" is certainly not a concern when using a two post. My Town Sedan is very solid on my Bend Pak two...

Without a doubt Mohawk is the best if price is of no consideration, but he certainly doesn't need a Mohawk for hobby car work. Most dealerships and independents don't even put that kind of investment...

PC/SR, on my initial Plastigage reading, I believe I had more than .003" clearance at all bearings, as the plastic did not 'spread' at all, using Plastigage with a .001-.003" range. I removed a .003"...

Brent is right on the car being supported by the axles. Notice the car is at normal ride height and the suspension is not extended like it would be if it was lifted by the frame.
