Jack up only one rear wheel and mark tire and mark drive shaft now turn the tire two full turns and count the turns of drive shaft and if it turns 3 & 1/5 turns it is a 3:50 gear if it turns 3 times...

3 Speed floor shift.
How can you tell what year your 3 speed floor shift is? What are the differences in them? Can you put the Lincoln Zephyr gears into any of them?
