I’ve used those “no-foul” ends on an OT motor that used to foul plugs. I haven’t seen little cups like that before.......Mark

Spray the stuck head bolts with your favorite penetrant daily. That fact that you can move them at all is good news!!! Work them back and forth with your air gun a few turns at a time. I wouldn’t use...

A v-belt grips by the sides of the belt. A narrow belt running in a wide pulley may be ok to “get you home” but I don’t think it’s gonna work for a long period. Should be plenty of those pulleys...

Post#4.....NAPA sells different couplings in assorted ID/OD and lengths. You should be able to find one to repair the end of that pipe......Mark

There’s a lot of info here on flushing out the block. Might be a good idea while you have the radiator and stats out. It can only help to keep it cool.....Mark
