Well I didn’t read your post close enough the first time and thought it was a metal canister.Maybe it’s some sort of water injector to help remove carbo from the combustion chambers.Just a guess.

I’m thinking someone used it for a vacuum storage tank for a vacuum wipe wipe motor.That would keep the wipers going when under heavy engine loads and the vacuum normally drops off.Dont need it in my...

I have a new pressure plate that I adjusted as per service bulliten ,a new disc and resurfaced flywheel.1500 miles and has a always been smooth.I have original motor mounts,(30 Tudor).

If both wheels are off the ground that is normal.If one is on the ground you won’t be able to turn the other one more then a few inches.
