Re: Original Coil Dependability

Jay thanks for the laugh today. There must be a group of these old guys at every McDonald's. Got one here too. With "shelter in place" it's now coming via the computer.

Re: 226 G six cylinder water pump

Put the NOS one on and see if it works. No use rebuilding something if it don't need to be rebuilt.

Re: Staying Home is for the Birds

Re: Coil bracket? 42 and up

X2- take a look at the universal brackets used on the modern round coils. Some have slotted holes and may bolt right up to the earlier bracket.

Re: reliable fuel gauge? anyone?

John, check e-Bay item# 193399242744. It's a sender adapter that bolts to your stock tank and will take the later model sender. Price is $20. It's just what you need to use a late gauge and sender.

Re: headliner bows

Not sure about a 37 tudor, but I think there may be two small wire bows (bent in a C shape) that go in the rear corners. They tuck into a slot that is next to the rear window and the other end goes...

Re: PayPal and eBay getting a dicorce

I've been wondering what kick back e-Bay is getting from the state of California for collecting the California sales tax?
