Working on my 30 Pickup. Batt voltage at 6 but voltage at distributor is 3.5. New battery and cant get fire. Help

cowl welt

I am having the fuel tank and firewall painted on our truck. It is a 30 closed and would like to know if the welting should be painted body color or left black. Thanks

30 pickup running boards

I just installed new truck boards on our 30 pickup. Is there suppose to be welying between the fenders and boards at either end? Thanks in advance for the help

The steering goes from stop to stop on our car so I don't think the turning radius would change. The stops are the ultimate determining factor for radius correct?

I'm not sure about the radius, but doesn't the shortened arm just allow quicker steering response? I didn't think it would change radius.

The fenders from Brookville Roadsters in OHio are really preety nice. Not much needed to prep them for paint. They fit pretty well also.

I used the masking to mark where the slots are and then set up a left, right center, pattern. Black was left side of the slot, top material right and center was trim. Take your time, I had to do mine...

I used the metal trim on the front and rear. Our truck was painted and I just masked the area with a couple layers of painter's tape. I don't think the rear would accept the hide em.

I used the cork gaskets on our truck fuel gauge and had leaks. The neoprene gaskets have been the fix for me.
