7 tooth steering sector
Why can I only get 5 oz. of 600 wt. in the sector housing? It should hold 7 3/4 oz. I heated it so it's not too stiff.

Seven tooth steering sector
The 3 brass shims at the bottom of the steering column are the adjustment for end play. Is a paper gasket also supposed to be applied before these shims?
